The most notable difference can be seen in the color grading which appears more saturated in the 88 Films release. The Eureka more closely resembles the original blu-ray color grading.

Some have also shared that the Eureka release is more "blown-out", but I did not experience that on my setup while watching in Dolby Vision (Setup link coming soon). This is the gallery in question and I'm not sure who uploaded it. Maybe 88 Films did? https://slow.pics/c/iwH3zjXw

Chances are you can't go wrong with either the 88 Films or Eureka release, but with the additional special features and the well preserved Dolby Vision presentation the Definitive Version of Police Story 3: Supercop is the Eureka UHD release from 2022.
